1. Product Information: Product descriptions and prices may change without notice.
2. Orders: Orders are confirmed once payment is cleared. We may cancel orders due to errors or stock issues.
3. Returns:We take pride in producing high-quality, custom-branded items tailored specifically to your requirements. As these products are made to order and personalised, all custom-branded items are non-refundable and non-returnable once payment has been made.

Before production begins, we will provide digital proofs for your approval.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check and approve all proofs carefully before printing proceeds.

Once approval is given and production has started, we cannot make changes or offer refunds, replacements, or returns for errors in artwork, design, spelling, colours, sizing, or any customer-provided information.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

If you wish to return non-branded, plain stock items, you may do so within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• You must contact us before returning the items
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

Once the returned goods are received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding the original shipping cost.

4. Manufacturing Delays: Production times are estimates. We are not liable for delays and refunds/compensation will not be provided.
5. Shipping: Delivery estimates only. We are not responsible for courier or customs delays.

Customer must ensure delivery information is correct.

Risk transfers to customer upon delivery.

6. Liability: We accept no liability for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Governing Law: Governed by the laws of England and Wales.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.
