What are Twist Points?
Twist Points are our way of rewarding you for buying your everyday supplies with us – both plain and branded.
Every order you place helps you build your brand, because the points you earn can be exchanged for free branded items and useful products.
How you earn Twist Points
It’s simple:
For every £1 (pre-VAT) you spend, you earn 10 Twist Points.
- Buy plain supplies → earn Twist Points
- Buy branded supplies → earn Twist Points
- The more you consolidate your orders with us, the faster your Twist Points balance grows.
Example:
Spend £100 (pre-VAT) on supplies → you earn 1,000 Twist Points.
What you can get with your points
Your points can be swapped for a range of products that either save you money, boost your branding, or both:
- 1,000 points – 1,000 Stirrers
- 3,000 points – 50 x High Quality Edenware 3-in-1 sets (napkin, fork and knife)
- 5,000 points – 150 High Quality Custom Vinyl 5cm round Stickers
- 10,000 points – Custom printed A1 Foamex Menu Board, or Selfie Board, or Foamex A1 Display Board
- 15,000 points – Custom Branded Banner (150 x 70cm) with eyelets in each corner
- 20,000 points – Custom Branded Flex Board for outdoor/indoor use
- 30,000 points – Aluminium composite custom vinyl outdoor sign (up to 200 x 70cm)
- 50,000 points – 1,500 x 4oz single wall custom branded cups
- 100,000 points – 1,000 x 8oz double wall custom branded cups
Most items will be shipped with your next or current order, so you’re not waiting on separate deliveries.
Custom cups have a lead time of around 2–3 weeks due to the printing process.
How to check and redeem your Twist Points
- Log into your account on our website.
- Go to the Branded Area.
- Click on the Twist Points section to:
- View your current points balance
- See what rewards you qualify for
- Redeem points for the items you want
Once redeemed, your chosen reward will be added to your next/current order (or scheduled for production if it’s a custom item like cups or signage).
