Rebirth Roast is a vibrant, medium-light roast made from 100% Arabica beans sourced from the renowned coffee-growing regions of Brazil. Grown at elevations of 800–1,200 metres, the beans develop a naturally sweet and balanced flavour, producing a coffee that is smooth, approachable and full of character.
Carefully roasted to highlight its natural complexity, Rebirth Roast delivers bright notes of raspberry jam, complemented by the richness of almond and a comforting chocolate biscuit finish. Its clean, silky body makes it equally enjoyable as a bold espresso or in milk-based drinks such as flat whites, lattes and cappuccinos.
